Philosophy ( 心 kokoro )

The Essence of Kokoro

Kokoro reflects the unity of body, mind and spirit. When these align, the heart emerges and purpose becomes clear.

In Japanese, kokoro represents the unity of what we think, feel, and do. At the center lies the kanji for Kokoro symbolizing this harmony.

Body, mind, and spirit may appear separate, yet they are never divided. Where your physical, mental, and emotional worlds meet that is Kokoro.

About Mark ( the founder )

A decade in the clinic. Everything I do comes from there.

I'm a clinical physiotherapist and movement coach. For over ten years I've worked with people who train hard, live fully, and still feel like something isn't quite right. Most of the time, the missing piece isn't physical.

The Kokoro Collective is built on what I learned there: your body, your mind, and how you live are one system. When they're aligned, everything changes. When they're not, no programme fixes it.

Each gathering is intentionally small. Expect a movement session, breathwork, reflection, and honest conversation with people who take their growth seriously. No fluff, no networking theatre. Just depth.
Who is this for? +
People who train seriously and live fully but feel like something is missing. You don't need to be an elite athlete. You need to be done with quick fixes and ready for a practice that integrates how you move, think, and live.
How do I join? +

Is coaching part of the Collective? +
Yes. Private 1:1 coaching is available for those who want to go deeper than the community layer. It's built on the same philosophy, just applied fully to your specific situation. Maximum 5 clients at a time.
