What happens at a Kokoro event? +
Each gathering is intentionally small. Expect a movement session, breathwork, reflection, and honest conversation with people who take their growth seriously. No fluff, no networking theatre. Just depth.
Who is this for? +
People who train seriously and live fully but feel like something is missing. You don't need to be an elite athlete. You need to be done with quick fixes and ready for a practice that integrates how you move, think, and live.
How do I join? +
Start by joining the email list. You'll be first to hear about upcoming events, get access to free resources, and receive an invitation when spots open. Events are kept small and invite-only.
Is coaching part of the Collective? +
Yes. Private 1:1 coaching is available for those who want to go deeper than the community layer. It's built on the same philosophy, just applied fully to your specific situation. Maximum 5 clients at a time.
